If you need to return an item you have purchased from us, please call us at 440-449-7387 for a return merchandise authorization number or email us at petsandpeople@sbcglobal.net. We accept returns on most items unless otherwise indicated. We must be notified of a return within seven days and returns must be received in our warehouse within three weeks of the original delivery date. Returns will be credited in the same manner as received. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items unless we have made an error in your order.
All returns must be unworn and/or unused and all packaging must be included with the return. Items with tags removed will not be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance back to our warehouse. Please write your return merchandise authorization number on the back of the packing slip and place it inside the package. Your RMA number must accompany your package or we will not be able to process your return.
We do not return used or vintage items and they are sold AS IS. We decribe items in detail and are happy to answer any questions you might have. If you need additional pictures we will be happy to provide them for you. Thank you!!
